UN-designated terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba is relocating its operational and training infrastructure deeper into Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to evade Indian strikes. Satellite imagery confirms a new facility, Markaz Jihad-e-Aqsa, is under construction in Lower Dir, 47km from the Afghan border, replacing a hub destroyed by the Indian Army.
